🎓 Blended Learning Program
The Blended Training Program combines online learning with in-person instruction, offering a flexible and efficient approach to training. This format allows participants to complete theoretical components online while focusing on skill development during the in-class session.
✅ Emergency First Aid – Blended Format:
- 📘 Online Component: Approximately 3 hours of self-paced training (must be completed before the in-class session).
- 🏫 In-Class Component: 5 hours of hands-on training emphasizing practical skills and application of theory.
This approach enhances learning outcomes by allowing flexibility while maintaining rigorous skill-based training.

Blended Course Process
Upon registration, online access to the course will be sent via email with a link to the Red Cross course content. The link will be provided 1 business day after your registration. 📧
Important: The online portion cannot be completed more than 30 days prior to the in-class date. In certain cases, you may be required to re-take the online course, and administrative fees may apply. 💼
The online portion (~ 3 hours) must be completed prior to the in-class date. ⏳
If the online training is not completed before the class start date, the participant will not be eligible to attend the in-class session. No refunds or transfers will be issued for failure to complete the online portion prior to the course. Once the online access is issued, all sales are considered final. ❌
Changes or rescheduling to an existing booking must be made more than 7 days before the course start date. 🔄
Cancellations or re-scheduling of blended training courses are subject to an administrative fee of $45.00 + HST. 💵
Participants must bring a printed or digital copy (PDF, etc.) of their online completion certificate to the in-class session for instructor verification. 📑
