Late Policy

📌 Late Arrival Policy – Ottawa First Aid CPR (All Locations)

⏰ Arrival Time Requirement:
Participants must arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled class start time to complete check-in and submit required forms.

🕙 Grace Period:
A 15

-minute grace period is permitted after the class start time. Participants arriving within this time may join the class but must catch up independently without disrupting the session.

🚫 Late Beyond Grace Period:
Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed to join the class. This policy ensures the quality and integrity of training aligned with Canadian Red Cross and Heart & Stroke guidelines.

🔄 Rescheduling Policy:
Late participants must rebook their session through our website. A rescheduling fee may apply.

❌ No Refunds for Late Arrivals:
Refunds will not be issued to participants who arrive late and cannot attend the class.
