- Participants who do not meet this requirement will be turned away.
π« Pre-Test Preparation:
- Do not eat, drink (except water), smoke, or chew gum at least 15 minutes before your test.

- Note: We do not guarantee a successful test outcome.
π Paperwork:
- Complete the paperwork referenced in your email confirmation.
- Bring a hardcopy of the “Qualitative Ottawa First Aid CPR Test Participant Form” to your session.
β° Timeliness:
- Please arrive on time.
- Late arrivals may be refused entry as it disrupts the group session.
- All participants begin the certification process together.
π Successful Certification:
- If you pass the test with a proper seal, you will receive a 2-year Ottawa First Aid CPR certification card (OHSA approved).
