📄 Terms and Conditions – Ottawa First Aid CPR
📌 1. Registration and Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of registration to confirm your spot in any course.
Ottawa First Aid CPR Plus reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to another date.
📌 2. Attendance Policy:
Participants must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled class time to complete check-in.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed after the class start time. Late arrivals beyond this period will not be permitted to attend the session.
📌 3. No Refund & Cancellation Policy:
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Failure to attend the scheduled course will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
In case of illness, participants must notify Ottawa First Aid CPR Plus before the session to discuss rescheduling options.
📌 4. Privacy Policy:
Ottawa First Aid CPR Plus respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
We do not sell, share, or distribute customer information to third parties.
📌 5. Workplace & Training Centre Policy:
Participants must adhere to all safety regulations and instructor guidelines during training.
Some locations may not have designated break areas. Participants are encouraged to use nearby food courts for meals.
Water coolers are available at select locations for drinking water only. Bottle refills are not permitted.
📌 6. Intellectual Property:
All training materials provided are the intellectual property of Ottawa First Aid CPR Plus and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.
📌 7. Code of Conduct:
Participants must maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.
📌 8. Liability:
Ottawa First Aid CPR Plus is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the training session.
📌 9. Emergency Cancellations:
In rare cases of emergencies, severe weather, or instructor illness, Ottawa First Aid CPR Plus may cancel or reschedule courses. Participants will be notified at least 24-48 hours in advance.
