Unlike many instructors who merely present slides and read from materials, he actively engages the class by facilitating scenario-based activities and posing various questions related to real-life situations. I gained a lot of knowledge from his instruction and appreciated his unique teaching approach. Definitely will be back!

First of all the custome service is amazing, training registeration is easy fast smooth, Quick response..ice on the cream the instructor is knowledgeeable,great teacher, demostrastions is superd and easy to learn, practice ,understand , all suplies,tools, for learning are avaliable in the center. The center is clean ,great location and view. It Will alwasy be the place i Will go for me re-certifications.
Raj is a great instructor and friendly. She knows her onions as she ensured everyone participated and understood each topic. She's extremely knowledgeable and vast in each area. The online and in-person classes were clear and precise. The modules were simple to understand while the videos; other kits for training complimented perfectly and were mind blowing. The program is top notch/world class and I'll recommend it anywhere in Canada.
The best First aid experience ever, Rajdeep was so nice and responsible that when she found I can't attend Sunday class, she did the class just for me on Friday, so I can have my certificate on time. Such a lovely instructor, she explains everything, makes sure you understand and have no question before going to next subject. I will be back here for recertification for sure!
